When you play a video on such flash sites, under a linux system, the flash files (.flv) for such video sites are temporarily stored in /tmp/ with file names Flash* (without .flv extension), you can simply copy those files before closing the window. And rename it to ‘my favorite video.flv’ if you prefer.
