comment_url
    passed the commenter’s URL, if supplied. The following sample plugin will prepend all URLs with the Google redirector, without modifying the URL as stored in the database: 

function google_redirect($url = ”) {
     if (” != $url) {
          return “http://www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=$url”;
     }
}
add_filter(’comment_url’, ‘google_redirect’);
