WordPress 2.0.2 - Time To Upgrade?

WordPress released yet another security release 2.0.2 fixing (yet again) unannounced XSS security bugs.
I have not upgraded any of my blogs to 2.x release. When 2.0 was released it was bug ridden and I recommended against it. In natural course several of those defects were fixed and two patch releases later we have 2.02. Is it now time time to finally upgrade from 1.5.x?

I just upgraded my blog to 2.0.2. It works well.

I upgraded two sites to 2.0.2 yesterday. I have already had problems.
The worst is that some categories do not show on the write post page. So it is not possible to post to some categories.
Admittedly I have over 200 categories, which is unusual, so that problem may not affect everyone.

Just upgraded from version 1.5 to 2.0.2 The admin interface feels neat. Will explore more on the current version.
