- wp_rel_nofollow(), a default filter to add nofollow to hyperlinks, has been removed. wp_rel_nofollow (), un filtro por defecto para añadir nofollow para hipervínculos, se ha eliminado.
- make_clickable, a default filter which converts URLs to hyperlinks, have been replaced by a similar function. make_clickable, un filtro por defecto que convierte a los hiperenlaces URL, han sido sustituidos por una función similar. However this function (make_normal_clickable) doesn’t add the nofollow directive. Sin embargo, esta función (make_normal_clickable) no añade el nofollow directiva.

I personally believe that anyone who goes out of their way to partake in the discussion on your site, or any other site, should indeed be able to link there.
