Well just one issue. Write and Comments catogries ib the dashboard (Under Activity on the right side menu) shows up for users who do not have access to write and comments. So can you fix this or tell me how I can please?

Disable all your plugins. That should solve the problem. Then re-enable them one at a time till you identify the plugin responsible.

FYI I commented out line 13:
