The wp-content directory should be writable by the process running php, which normally has the same permissions as your webserver (like Apache). the noreferrer plugin is hanging something up, not sure why. noreferrer il plugin è appeso qualcosa, non è sicuro perché.
i am assuming to install I only have to drop the file into my plugins directory? i am supponendo di installare ho solo di abbandonare il file nella directory dei plugin mio? and thats it? e thats?

Have you activated the plugin first? Avete attivato il plugin per prima?
