The wp-content directory should be writable by the process running php, which normally has the same permissions as your webserver (like Apache). The diasbling of links means anyone with access to the url’s to create and delete your referer.txt will not be able to. but when i remove the noreferrer plugin from my plugin folder through ftp, then i can access my blog and admin fine.. pero cuando me quito el noreferrer plugin plugin de mi carpeta a través de ftp, entonces puedo acceder a mi blog y admin multa ..
the noreferrer plugin is hanging something up, not sure why. noreferrer el plugin es algo colgando, no está seguro de por qué.
i am assuming to install I only have to drop the file into my plugins directory? Supongo que instalar sólo tengo que soltar el archivo en mi directorio de plugins? and thats it? y que más?

Have you activated the plugin first? ¿Ha activado el plugin primero?
