Configuration التشكيل
The Plugin doesn't require any manual configuration to operate as it comes pre-configured with known list of referrer domains and sub-domains. فان البرنامج المساعد لا يتطلب اي اعداد دليل لتشغيل انها تأتي تهيئتها مسبقا مع المعروف قائمة الاحالات الميادين والميادين الفرعية.
However if you feel that you still need to add/modify additional domains/sub-domains/words etc. you can do so from the links provided in the Plugin page. ولكن اذا كنت تظن انك لا تزال بحاجة الى اضافة / تعديل اضافية مجالات / ميادين فرعية / الكلمات الخ يمكنك ان تفعل ذلك من خلال الروابط المنصوص عليها فى البرنامج المساعد الصفحه. It documents all the procedure with appropriate links. انها وثائق جميع الاجراءات المناسبه مع وصلات. Remember to first create the referer.txt file. لنتذكر أولا بتكوين ملف referer.txt.
Notes: ملاحظات :
- After creating the referer.txt file you may want to fill it first with the default list. بعد انشاء ملف referer.txt قد ترغب لملء اولا مع الافتراضيه قائمة. Creating your own referer.txt disables the default list. ايجاد referer.txt الخاصة بك لتعطيل الافتراضيه قائمة. So if you do not fill it up with the default list or a list of your own, then no referrer blocking will be done. حتى اذا كنت لا تملأ انه حتى مع تقصير قائمة او قائمة خاصة بك ، ثم عرقلة اي الاحالات سوف يتعين القيام به.
- Any changes are reflected in real-time. وترد أية تغييرات في الوقت الحقيقي.
- After creating a default list you should disable the links to create/delete pages (again link provided in Plugin page). بعد انشاء القائمة الافتراضيه يجب ان تعطيل وصلات إلى إنشاء / حذف صفحات (الوصله مرة أخرى في البرنامج المساعد الصفحه).
- The links to create/delete/disable does the job silently without providing any information whatsoever. الروابط لانشاء / حذف / تعطيل عمل هل صمت دون تقديم اي معلومات على الاطلاق. If you want to verify their action, you can check in the wp-content directory. اذا كنت تريد ان تتحقق من العمل ، ويمكنك التحقق في رزمه العمل - دليل المحتوى. The create link creates referer.txt. ارتباط تكوين يخلق referer.txt. The delete link deletes the file. حذف وصلة حذف الملف. The disable link creates a marker file (nrsetup.txt) which disables the create and delete link functions. فإن تعطيل وصلة يخلق ملف ماركر (nrsetup.txt) الذي يعطل فإن خلق وظائف وحذف الصلة.
- After disabling you can still modify the file, provided you have created it before. بعد تعطيل لا يزال بامكانك تعديل الملف ، شريطة ان تكون قد انشأت به من قبل.
- You can re-enable creating and deleting functionality by manually deleting the nrsetup.txt file. يمكنك اعادة تمكين وخلق وظائف من قبل حذف يدويا nrsetup.txt حذف الملف. This security is required to prevent any unauthorized person from tampering your referrer settings. هذه الامنية اللازمة لمنع اي شخص غير مفوض من العبث الاحالات الاعدادات الخاصة بك.

Hmmm… It would be wonderful if we could work out a central update service. Hmmm… وسيكون رائعا لو تمكنا من العمل على وضع الوسطى تحديث الخدمة. I found myself adding 2-3 new referals to my .htaccess every week. وجدت نفسي 2-3 اضافة جديدة الى بلدي referals. Htaccess كل اسبوع.

I am thinking about including Chad’s idea of a central distribution of updates in the next release. وانا افكر بما في تشاد حول فكرة مركزية توزيع التحديثات في الاصدار المقبل. I was looking for something like that as I’ve accumulated a large number of bogus referring sites. كنت ابحث عن شيء من هذا القبيل كما قمت تراكم عدد كبير من المواقع الوهميه التي تشير. Since I’m on a shared hosting platform, doing the htaccess rewrite rules thing is problematic and time-consuming. منذ انا على استضافة مشتركة لمنهاج العمل ، القيام htaccess اعادة كتابة القواعد شيء مثير للجدل وتستغرق وقتا طويلا.

Am I correct in my understanding that after I delete the referer.txt file (for security reasons, I guess) that that information is somehow saved elsewhere for the plugin to continue working? هل انا على صواب في فهمي الاول بعد ان حذف ملف referer.txt (لأسباب أمنية ، واعتقد) ان هذه المعلومات الى حد ما في اماكن اخرى لانقاذ البرنامج المساعد على مواصلة العمل؟

Does your wp-content directory have write permission? هل رزمه العمل - دليل المحتوى قد أكتب اذن؟
The process of disabling is done by creating a file (using touch) named nrsetup.txt in your wp-content directory. تعطيل عملية يتم عن طريق انشاء ملف (باستخدام اتصال) nrsetup.txt اسمه في رزمه العمل الخاص بك - دليل المحتوى. You can also manually create the file for same effect. يمكنك ايضا انشاء الملف يدويا لنفس الغرض.
Yes, when it cannot find referer.txt then it uses the default list of spammers which is hardcoded in the plugin file. نعم ، عندما لا يمكن العثور على referer.txt ثم يستخدم الافتراضي قائمة Spammers التي hardcoded بلوجن في الملف.

Deleting it doesn’t enhance security in any way. حذف انها لا تعزز الامن باي شكل من الاشكال. In fact I encourage that you maintain your own file and update it as necessary. في الواقع انني اشجع ان تحافظ على الملفات الخاصة بك وتحديثها كلما كان ذلك ضروريا.
All I do is prevent the file from being deleted/created by outsiders using the disabling feature. كل ما نفعله هو منع الملف من حذف / التى أنشئت من قبل الغرباء باستخدام تعطيل الميزه. Thus outsiders cannot modify your referer list even if they guess that you are using this plugin. ومن ثم لا يمكن تعديل الغرباء referer الخاصة بك حتى لو كانت قائمة التخمين ان كنت تستخدم هذا البرنامج المساعد. Editing the file is controlled by wordpress admin authentication mechanism. تحرير الملف WordPress التي تسيطر عليها ادارة التوثيق اليه. So after disabling you need not have any concerns wrt. حتى بعد تعطيل ولا حاجة الى ان يكون لك أي قلق بخصوص. security. الامن.

The wp-content directory should be writable by the process running php, which normally has the same permissions as your webserver (like Apache). فان رزمه العمل - دليل المحتوى ينبغي ان تكون للكتابة عن طريق عملية تشغيل بي. اتش. بى ، والتي عادة ما له نفس خادم الشبكه الاذونات الخاصة بك (مثل اباتشي). Is your web server running under your login id? هي خدمة الويب الخاص بك على التوالي تحت اسم المستخدم الخاص بك؟
I strongly suspect that it doesn’t have write permission to wp-content directory. المتهم الأول بقوة ، انه ليس لديه اذن الكتابة الى رزمه العمل - دليل المحتوى. It is probably running as “nobody”. ومن المحتمل ان يعمل "لا احد". You can do a ps -ef to find out this. يمكنك ان تفعل EF - فرع فلسطين للوقوف على هذا الامر. Another way is to temporarily chmod wp-content to 777 and see if it solves your problem. وهناك طريقة اخرى هي Chmod مؤقتا لمحتوى رزمه العمل - 777 وانظر اذا كان لا يحل المشكلة التي تعاني منها.
The simplest solution for you is to create an empty file called nrsetup.txt under wp-content directory manually. وأبسط الحلول لك هو انشاء ملف فارغ يسمى nrsetup.txt في اطار رزمه العمل - دليل المحتوى يدويا. You are done. انت القيام به. You don’t need to worry about anything else. ولست بحاجة الى القلق بشان اي شيء آخر. The setup is now fully secure. الاعداد الآن آمنة تماما.
If you are not concerned about manually configuring it with referrer’s then you can also delete the referer.txt file. وإذا كنت لا تشعر بالقلق ازاء تشكيل يدويا مع الاحالات آنذاك يمكنك ايضا حذف referer.txt الملف. You can always change your mind later. يمكنك دائما تغيير رأيك في وقت لاحق.
By “touch” I meant the unix command I used to create the file. "اتصال" كنت اعني انني يونيكس القيادة التي استخدمت لانشاء الملف.

Okay, I think I’m almost there. حسنا ، أنا أعتقد أن هناك تقريبا. I chmod the directory back to its original settings and clicked the link and did not get an error message. الدليل الأول Chmod العودة الى حالته الاصليه اعدادات والنقر على الوصله ولم احصل على رسالة خطأ. So, based on what you’re saying, now that nrsetup.txt is present, it looks like I’m done, right? ذلك ، استنادا الى ما أنت تقول الآن ان هذا هو nrsetup.txt ، يبدو أن انتهيت ، أليس كذلك؟

I guess what’s confusing me is when the plugin says to disable links to referer.txt and you explaining that the referer.txt can be deleted, I’m just left wondering, “so how does it know to keep working?” Of course, I’m NOT saying you’d program it that way (that would be counter-productive LOL). اعتقد ان الخلط بين ما هو لي عندما يقول لتعطيل البرنامج المساعد وصلات إلى referer.txt وانت موضحا ان referer.txt يمكن حذفها ، انا فقط تركت التساؤل ، "حتى نعرف كيف ان تبقى في العمل؟" وبطبيعة الحال ، انا لا أقول انها تريد ان البرنامج بهذه الطريقة (التي ستؤدي الى نتائج عكسيه لول). The diasbling of links means anyone with access to the url’s to create and delete your referer.txt will not be able to. وقد diasbling من الوسائل وصلات مع اي شخص من الوصول الى موقع للانشاء وحذف حسابك referer.txt لن تكون قادرة علي. After you “disable” the links, such operations will be prohibited, till you re-enable again. بعد "تعطيل" الروابط ، ان مثل هذه العمليات سيكون محظورا ، وحتى اعادة تمكين لكم مرة اخرى.
It doesn’t affect the working of the plugin in any way. انه لا يؤثر على البرنامج المساعد للعمل بأي شكل من الاشكال.
The way it works is this. الطريقة التي يعمل بها هذا. It checks to see if referer.txt is present. ومن الضوابط لنرى ما اذا كان هذا هو referer.txt. If so, it then uses it and sees if the current referrer matches anyone in your list. إذا كان الأمر كذلك ، ثم الاستخدامات ، ويرى انه اذا كان اي شخص الحالية الاحالات مباريات في قاءمتك. If the referer.txt file is not present then it uses its own internal list. Referer.txt اذا كان الملف غير موجود ، ثم يستخدم الداخلية الخاصة بها القائمة.
When I say that referer.txt can be deleted, I mean that by doing so you would be using the default set of referrer’s. عندما اقول ان referer.txt يمكن حذفها ، واعني بذلك ان كنت سوف تستخدم الافتراضيه للمجموعة من الاحالات. If you want to customize the list then you need to have the referer.txt file present with your own entries. اذا كنت ترغب في تخصيص قائمة بعد ذلك تحتاج ان يكون لديك فان هذا الملف referer.txt مع مداخل الخاصة بك.

I’d install this plugin and it’s activated, also I add referers url into referers.txt. انا تثبيت هذا البرنامج المساعد وانه ينشط ، واود ان اضيف ايضا الى موقع referers referers.txt. But I still ولكني لا يزال
seeing the same spam referers in my stats! رؤية نفس المتطفل في بلدي احصائيات referers!
For example, in referers.txt I’ve “p(0)ker” but in my referers I see “http://www.p(0)ker.blabla.com. فعلى سبيل المثال ، لقد قمت في referers.txt "ف (0) ker" ولكن في بلادي ارى referers "http://www.p (0) ker.blabla.com. (note: (0)=o). (ملاحظه : (0) = س).

the noreferrer plugin is hanging something up, not sure why. فان البرنامج المساعد noreferrer الشنق هو شيء ما ، لماذا لم تكن متأكدا.

Have you activated the plugin first? هل بتنشيط البرنامج المساعد الاول؟
First use it just after activation, no customization. اولا استخدامها فقط بعد تفعيل ، لا التخصيص. Once you are comfortable with then create a custom file by clicking on the appropriate link in Plugin manager (details in the post). مرة واحدة يناسبك ثم قم بإنشاء ملف مخصص عن طريق النقر على الوصله المناسبه في البرنامج المساعد مدير (التفاصيل في ما بعد).
First you need to create the file, before you can edit it. اولا انت بحاجة الى انشاء الملف ، قبل ان تتمكن من تحريرها. Please check the instructions in the post. يرجى التحقق من التعليمات في ما بعد. They should clarify the details. وينبغي ان يوضح التفاصيل.

There isn’t anything which can cause this behavior. لا يوجد اي شيء يمكن ان تسبب هذا السلوك. I am as surprised as you are. كما انني فوجئت كما انت. Never had any other reports before even remotely like this. أبدا أي تقارير اخرى قبل مثل هذا ولو من بعيد.

After using this for a while, I started to get error messages that my redirect url limit was exceeded. بعد استخدام هذا لبعض الوقت ، بدأت للحصول على رسائل خطأ ان اعادة توجيه موقع بلدي هو تجاوز الحد. in your referer.txt file. referer.txt في الملف الخاص بك. That will solve the problem. هذا وسوف يحل المشكلة. In other words you cannot have empty lines in this file. وبعباره اخرى لا يمكن ان تملك خطوط فارغه في هذا الملف.

I have a use in mind for this plugin a little different fr. ولدى استخدام في الاعتبار لهذا البرنامج المساعد الاب مختلفة قليلا. the main one Angsuman conceived it for & I just want to be sure that it’ll accomplish what I need. وأهم هذه لأنها تصور انغسومان & اريد فقط ان نتأكد من أنها سوف انجاز ما احتاج اليها.
Periodically, I get visitors who are referred to my site by various online forums. دوريا ، احصل من الزوار ويشار الى موقعي على الشبكه من قبل مختلف المحافل. They come to my site referred fr. وهم يأتون الى الموقع المشار اليه بلدي الاب. the forum sites and leave pretty nasty comments. المنتدى مواقع جميلة مقرف وترك التعليقات. And sometimes they leave them in droves. وفي بعض الاحيان تترك لها في الجموع هاءله.
My question is: once I discover that a particular domain is referring these people to me & they’re leaving these unwanted messages, if I add that particular referring domain to my referer.txt file will it bounce the unwanted commenter back to the domain/URL fr. وسؤالي هو : أنني عندما اكتشف ان المجال لا سيما وأشار هؤلاء الناس لانهم & لي ان ترك هذه الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها ، اذا كان لي ان اضيف ان الملك اشار بوجه خاص الى بلدي referer.txt الملف تنطط انها غير المرغوب فيه المعلق العودة الى المجال / موقع الأب. which they came? التي قدموا منها؟
If so, this is something I very much need. إذا كان الأمر كذلك ، وهذا شيء أنا بحاجة إلى حد كبير. I’ve just installed it & no problems so far. لقد قمت للتو انه & تركيب أي مشاكل حتى الان. UPDATE: I tested the plugin by going to one of the sites which linked to my blog & sent nasty commenters my way. تحديث : انني اختبرت البرنامج المساعد من خلال الذهاب الى احد المواقع التي ترتبط بلادي بلوق & ارسل مقرف commenters طريقي. While at the site, I found the link to my post, clicked on it and…was promptly bounced right back to the original site! بينما في الموقع ، وجدت وصله الى منصبي ، بالضغط على انه تم على الفور… وتنطط الحق في العودة الى الموقع الأصلي!
Worked just like I hoped it would. مثلما عملت انا اعرب عن امله فى ان. This will be one useful tool in fighting certain types of unwanted visitors. وستكون هذه احدى اداة مفيدة في مكافحة انواع معينة من الزوار غير المرغوب فيه.

Hey, if Thomas is still reading this (see his May 16th comment) I think I discovered what might’ve been the problem with his WP installation hanging after installing the plugin. يا ، اذا كان لا يزال توماس قراءة هذا (انظر كلمته السادسه عشرة تعليق ايار / مايو) واعتقد انني اكتشفت ما كنت قد مشكلة رزمه العمل مع بلدة تركيب شنقا بعد تركيب البرنامج المساعد. He says in his comment that he set his wp-content folder to 755. ويقول في تعليقه على انه مجموعة بلدة رزمه العمل - 755 مجلد لمحتوى. I had mine set to 755 as well & got the same hang behavior. كان لي مجموعة من الألغام بالاضافة الى 755 و حصل على شنق نفسه على التصرف. But when I set it to 777, then everything went back to working fine. ولكن عندما أحدد الى 777 ، ثم عاد كل شيء لتعمل جيدا.
So be sure your folder is set to 777. لذا يجب التأكد من المجلدات هي مجموعة الى 777.
Angsuman: if Thomas doesn’t see this maybe you have his e mail & can send him this comment in case it’ll fix his problem? انغسومان : إذا كان توماس لا ترى هذا ربما لديك بلدة & البريد الالكتروني يمكن ان توجه له هذا التعليق في هذه الحاله سوف تحدد المشكلة؟

Angsuman: I’ve noticed a weird behavior in my CHMOD settings. انغسومان : لقد لاحظت وجود سلوك غريب في بلادي Chmod اعدادات. Yesterday, my plugins folder & referer.txt & noreferer.php files were all set to 777. امس ، مجلد ملحقات بلادي & & referer.txt noreferer.php جميع الملفات الى 777 مجموعة. Tonight, one reverted to 644 & one to 755. هذا المساء ، عادت الى واحد واحد الى 644 و 755. This in turned caused that weird hanging behavior once again. وهذا تسبب في تحول غريب ان الشنق السلوك مرة اخرى.
Can you think why CHMOD settings would change? هل يمكنك التفكير لماذا سيتم تغيير اعدادات Chmod؟ How do you keep them set once you configure them? كيف الاحتفاظ بها وبمجرد الانتهاء من تكوين مجموعة منهم؟

I think the plugin has stopped working for me. واعتقد ان البرنامج المساعد قد توقفت عن العمل بالنسبة لي. Can you remind me how you add domains to the bounced list? هل يمكن لي ان أذكر لكم كيف المجالات اضافة الى تنطط القائمة؟ I just added one to referer.txt & saved it. واضاف انا فقط واحدة لانقاذ & referer.txt. When I went to the domain in question & clicked on a link there to my site, I should’ve been bounced back to the original site. عندما ذهبت الى الحقول في مسألة & النقر على وصلة الى موقعي هناك ، كنت اود ان ارتدت الى الموقع الاصلي. UPDATE to my last comment. تحديث لملاحظتي الاخيرة. When I view the referer.txt file using Notepad through my ftp client, I see no returns separating the entries. وعندما عرض الملف referer.txt محرر من خلال استخدام بروتوكول نقل الملفات العملاء بلدي ، انني لا أرى اي فصل مداخل العودة. You can add domains or any keywords. يمكنك اضافة اي نطاقات أو الكلمات الرئيسية. I even have words like casino . بل انني قد كلمات مثل الكازينو.
It simply scans for the text within referrer string, sent by the http client. انها مجرد مسح للاطلاع على النص ضمن سلسلة الاحالات ، التي بعث بها العملاء بروتوكول انتقال النص المتشعب.
Please edit your file using the WP interface to ensure no empty lines in file. الرجاء تحرير الملف باستخدام واجهة رزمه العمل لضمان عدم الخطوط في ملف فارغ. In the next version I will remove this requirement, I promise. في النسخه المقبلة سوف ازالة هذا الشرط ، واعدكم.

I was so glad to find a plugin like this. However I’m facing a lot of problems getting it to work in WP version 1.5. 2 . Asuming that that’s the problem, cause

It will work in any version of WordPress, upwards compatible.

Should the plugin (noreferer.php / Angsuman’s Referrer Bouncer plugin) still be / remain activated after the referer.txt and nrsetup.txt files have been created? Or is activation only nessecary to adjust the referer.txt file (and create the nrsetup.txt file)? The nrsetup.txt file is a blanco file, right?

Your referer bouncer wordks just fine in WP
For my ‘other’ problem:
With help ‘we’ found another solution… , to fix this problem instantly.
Replace the last line with:
RewriteRule \.*$http://127.0.0.1[R,L]and you give them a peace of their own cake!

Actually we do give them a taste of their own medicine. We re-direct them to spam the same site whose ranking they intend to increase by spamming ours. So all they get for their effort is a high bandwidth bill.
With 127.0.0.1 it doesn’t cost them anything even if the spider is stupid anough to search the localhost and also if there is actually a server running.

this plugin is a great idea, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work for me, since I’m using a custom referrer.txt file and the same spam sites I have listed there keep showing up in my referrers.
Do you have an idea what could be wrong?

The sites may still show up on log analysers as Apache passes on the request to WordPress which bounces them. However they are getting bounced and spamming themselves

Last night my blog received 2036 hits from the URL “http://blog.taragana.com/wp-content/plugins/translator.php”, as displayed in AWstats. I don’t use Wordpress, I use b2evolution - and though I’m always looking for solutions to referrer spam, I’ve never seen this page before.
It looks like I’ve been referrer-spammed by a referrer-spam-blocker. Could someone offer any insight as to what might have happened here?

The url simply translates a page to non-English language. If you click on the flags in the top right corner of this page then you get a translated version of this page in your language of choice.
It seems someone is misusing the service and using it to hide their nefarious activities.
Give me a day or two. I will fix it.

Bug Report!
Found myself banned by my own site. That is, when I came through my ISP. When I came through my site’s server I got through.
The ability to whitelist certain numbers would be a useful feature.

That is definitely not an error with Referrer Bouncer plugin.
Have you checked (in WordPress options) the options to blacklist open proxies?
That might be causing this error. Your office IP has been blacklisted by powers that be.
Referrer bouncer doesn’t selectively ban based on IP addresses.
