Is it saying that it isn’t true or is it saying that it is too true to be published? Trata-se de dizer que não é verdade ou trata-se dizendo que ainda é muito real para ser publicado?

Actually, I think that advocacy ads are not allowed. Na verdade, penso que a advocacia anúncios não são permitidos. Of course the ad is entirely inflamatory, alarmist, and misleading. Claro que o anúncio é inteiramente inflamatórias, alarmista, e enganador.
