Occassionally Google Desktop Search contacts internet, even when I am not using it. Ocasionalmente o Google Desktop Search contactos internet, mesmo quando não estou usando-o.

This makes me nervous. Isto faz-me nervoso. It feels intrusive to have something which can view and possibly ( not that I would doubt Google of commiting such an act… or would I?) send critical financial information out of the computer. Entende-se intromete de ter algo que podemos ver e, possivelmente, (não que eu ia duvidar do Google de cometer um tal acto… ou seria eu?) Enviar críticas informações financeiras fora do computador.
I have blocked google from directly accessing the internet using firewall. Tenho bloqueado a partir de google directamente acessando a Internet usando firewall. However it may still piggy-back on other services to access the internet. No entanto, pode ainda piggy-back em outros serviços de acesso à internet.
I have stopped using Google Desktop for sometime now. Já deixou de utilizar o Google Desktop para algum momento.
Call me a paranoid..but then Chame-me um paranóico, mas depois .. only the paranoid survive apenas os paranóicos sobrevivem .
