I think there are two things which makes Google Suggest interesting. Penso que há duas coisas que torna interessante o Google Suggest.

People now realize there is a way to use javascript for live update of sections in a webpage, which for some strange reason they didn’t find out earlier! As pessoas percebem agora há uma maneira de utilizar javascript para viver atualização de seções em uma página web, que por alguma estranha razão, não descobrir o mais cedo!

And I think the implementation is pretty decent (read fast) in duplicating a client side application functionality in a web application. E eu acho que a execução é bastante decente (leia rápido) em duplicar uma aplicação cliente lado funcionalidade em uma aplicação web. And what is so great about it? E qual é tão grande em relação a isso?

At least someone is innovating for a change among the giants! Pelo menos alguém está inovando para uma mudança entre os gigantes!

Interestingly it also shows viability of Java Server Faces like technology, specially with more widespread availability of better bandwidth for consumers.
