Google Base team worked with the U.S. government to get clinical trial data from http://www.clinicaltrials.gov.
Now you can search US clinical trial data here.
Here is, for example, a search result for diabetes:
Prevention of Diabetes Mellitus Development in Women Who Had Already Experienced A Gestational Diabetes.
I think this will be a very useful resource for scientists and common man alike.
