Poromenos, a greek student, has written a nice tutorial on Python, a rapidly growing and ever popular Web 2.0 language. I think it will take you somewhat longer than 10 minutes to go through all the examples. Also it is more of a cheatsheet than a tutorial. Having said that it is still a nice introduction to Python.

You should first read this introduction and then promptly follow up with Mark Pilgrim's excellent free online book Dive into Python for a comprehensive understanding of Python.

The tutorial should be augmented with database examples for completeness.
