You are right.Also they done crappy issues to binding the port.Due to this you can’t able to connect BSNL apart from the your telephone where it is located.If someone is travel through india,and if he willing to connect through laptop Wi-fi. it can’t possible.Dismiss all uneducated employees from BSNL and appoint technical guys who knows the importance of internet to ensure to connect the broadband whereever wi-fi is enabled.

its happen to me, i was in the Home Plan 250 at that time my connection speed is 512kbps now i changed to the Home UL 900 Plus here i am facing the speed of min 112kbps upto 220kbps its a very head ace for me to work in this like this these people are cheating to us no body will take the action against this all know well about this fellows of BSNL BROAD BAND

Previously I had a data one connection. For the last three months, I am using airtel 256/799rs. unlimited. I am very much satisfied.(speed get doubled in night time[512kbps]). Wharever you have mentioned about bsnl is true.
