Personally I have used AVG Antivirus for several years and can only say nice things about it. The only reason we don’t use it today is because we have switched to Linux.

Please get your definitions right on anti-spyware and antivirus. Since when did spybot get categorized as antivirus ? Or for that matter even spyware doctor ?

One must also include Linux, (Free/Open/Net)BSD & Mac OS X in this list because they’re immune (more or less)to this very serious problem that ails Windows. Let’s face it, the legacy architecture of Windows was not built with SECURITY in mind. It’s as simple as that folks!
