The good news is that most (A)DSL modems can be configured to do much more to make your life easier and solve all the above problems. والانباء الساره هي ان معظم (أ) دي اس ال مودم يمكن تهيئتها لبذل المزيد من الجهود لجعل حياتك اسهل وتحل جميع المشاكل المذكورة أعلاه. Modern DSL modems are like a mini-computer. دي اس ال المودم الحديثة مثل الحواسيب المصغره. They can act as a router, a gateway with NAT support, Firewall, DHCP server and also as a DSL modem. انهم يمكن ان يكون بمثابة مسار ، بوابة طبيعي مع الدعم ، جدار ناري ، خادم DHCP وكذلك دي اس ال مودم. Once you connect a properly configured ADSL modem to your hub or switch, all your computers will be automatically and transparently connected to the internet with firewall protection. وبمجرد ربط سليم تهيئتها مودم خط المشترك الرقمي غير المتماثل الى حسابك في محور او التبديل ، وجميع اجهزة الكمبيوتر وسوف يتم تلقائيا وشفافية ومتصله بشبكه الانترنت مع جدار الحمايه.

It is preferable that you configure the DSL modems to establish the connection and also configure it to act as a router and gateway with NAT support. ومن المفضل ان كنت تكوين الدي اس ال مودم الصدد الى انشاء وتكوين أيضا لأنها بمثابة بوابة ومسار طبيعي مع الدعم. Most modern DSL modems will supports it. أحدث أجهزة المودم وسوف يدعم دي اس ال. The DSL modems also can be configured to as a firewall. الدي اس ال المودم كما يمكن تهيئتها بحيث كما حريق. This provides a good first level protection of your internal network. وهذا يوفر حمايه جيدة المستوى الاول من بطاقه الشبكه الداخلية. You may need to configure the WAN / external ports it responds to; ideally none unless you have specific requirements to connect from outside. قد تحتاج الى تكوين شبكة المنطقة الواسعه / الموانئ الخارجية وهي تستجيب ل؛ مثالي لا شيء الا اذا كنت قد لربط الاحتياجات الخاصة من الخارج.

Note: If you need to connect to your machines from the internet, you can configure your modem to forward the relevant port to a machine on your internal network. ملاحظه : اذا كنت بحاجة الى حسابك لربط آلات من شبكة الانترنت ، يمكن تهيئة المودم الخاص بك الى ميناء الامام ذات الصلة لآلة على بطاقه الشبكه الداخلية.

Configuring as above allows you to seamlessly use your modem on both Windows and Linux machines. التشكيل على النحو المبين اعلاه يتيح لك استخدام بسلاسه المودم الخاص بك على كل من ويندوز لينكس والآلات. Tip: You must change the default password for your modem. نصيحه : يجب عليك تغيير كلمة السر لديك الافتراضي مودم. By default the modems may allow connection from the internet. افتراضيا ، يمكن ان يتيح المودم الصدد من شبكة الانترنت.
