In the previous post I mentioned about في الوظيفة السابقة التي ذكرتها عن developing a recruitment testing software وضع برامج التوظيف للتجارب . We decided to develop the software to help with our ongoing testing needs for hiring new developers. ونحن قررنا وضع البرامج مع شركائنا للمساعدة على الاختبارات المستمرة للتعاقد مع الاحتياجات الجديدة للمطورين. The key features are: السمات الرئيسية هي :

  • Ability to conduct timed online tests. القدرة على اجراء اختبارات على الشبكه في الوقت المناسب. The remaining time in minutes is displayed to the candidate. الوقت المتبقي في غضون دقائق ليتم عرض المرشح. We have done extensive work to ensure that each candidate gets equal time irrespective of connection speed or sudden network delays. قمنا به على نطاق واسع العمل لضمان ان يحصل كل مرشح على قدم المساواة بغض النظر عن الوقت أو سرعة الاتصال المفاجئ شبكة التأخير.
    Note: Initially we used mm:ss format but that proved to be too distracting. ملاحظه : في البداية كنا ملم : اس اس شكل ولكن ثبت ان اشغال جدا. We have now chosen to display the time in minutes and on the bottom right of the page so as not to distract the candidate but also to be available when required. لدينا الان اختار لعرض الوقت في دقائق والحق على الجزء السفلي من الصفحه حتى لا يصرف المرشح وإنما أيضا لتكون متاحة عند الطلب.
  • Ability to automatically evaluate answers and calculate scores. تلقائيا القدرة على تقييم وحساب عشرات الاجوبه.
  • Ability to email total score, errors etc. to recruiting company. القدرة على برصيد البريد الإلكتروني ، وما الى ذلك الاخطاء تجنيد شركة.
  • Ability to randomize questions and also answers. القدرة على العرض بطريقة عشواءيه الاسءله والاجوبه ايضا.
  • Ability to conduct profile information validation. القدرة على إجراء لمحة اثبات صحه المعلومات.
  • Ability to prevent users from taking the test repeatedly. القدرة على منع المستخدمين من اتخاذ الاختبار مرارا وتكرارا.
  • Ability to compensate for browser-server round-trip time. القدرة على تعويض عن متصفح خادم الوقت ذهابا وايابا. We don’t want to penalize the test taker for slowness of browser or machine or internet connectivity. نحن لا نريد ان تفرض عقوبات على اخذ الاختبار لبطء المتصفح او آلة او الاتصال بشبكه الانترنت.
  • Ability to revise previous answers. القدرة على اعادة النظر في الردود السابقة.
  • Ability to score textual answers. القدرة على تسجيل اجابات نصية. Yes, we can meaningfully score textual answers too. نعم ، يمكننا ان مجد تسجيل اجابات نصية ايضا. While the method isn’t fool-proof, we have found it to yield quite meaningful results. وفي حين ان الطريقة ليست مانعه للمجنون ، وجدنا ان تؤدي الى نتائج مجديه تماما.
  • Ability to support penalty scoring. القدرة على دعم سجل عقوبة. Penalty scoring can be used to ensure random marking of answers doesn’t get the candidate ahead. سجل عقوبة يمكن استخدامها لضمان وضع علامات على اجابات عشواءيه لا تحصل على المرشح المقبلة.
  • Ability to automatically send different emails based upon score. تلقائيا القدرة على ارسال رسائل الكترونيه مختلفة على أساس نقاط.
  • Tamper proof. عبث الاثبات. You shouldn’t be able to manipulate the time or questions in any way. انت يجب ان تكون قادرة على التلاعب في وقت الاسءله او بأي شكل من الاشكال.

We are in the final phases of testing version 1 of this software. ونحن في المراحل النهائية من اختبار الاصدار 1 من هذه البرامج. Currently it can be used as software product which should be installed on site. في الوقت الحاضر انه يمكن ان يستخدم منتج البرامج التي ينبغي ان تكون مثبتة على الموقع. In version 2, due later this year, we will provide it as hosted solution. في النسخه 2 ، يرجع في وقت لاحق من هذا العام ، سوف نقدم كما انها استضافت حل.
