I have been trying to find a good software for meeting our recruitment needs. وقد حاولت ايجاد جيدة لدينا برامج لتلبية احتياجات التوظيف. I need a software which will allow our candidates to take a timed test online and it will score them immediately and inform us about the results. أنا بحاجة لبرامج الحاسوب التي تتيح للمرشحين لدينا جدول زمنى لاتخاذ الاختبار على الانترنت وسوف يسجل لهم فورا وابلاغنا عن نتائج. More specifically features I am looking for are: ملامح أكثر تحديدا انا اتطلع لهي :

  1. Ability to conduct timed online tests القدرة على اجراء اختبارات على الشبكه في الوقت المناسب
  2. Ability to evaluate answers and calculate scores القدرة على تقييم وحساب عشرات الاجوبه
  3. Ability to email total score, errors etc. القدرة على برصيد البريد الالكتروني ، الخ الاخطاء
  4. Ability to randomize questions and answers. القدرة على العرض بطريقة عشواءيه واسءله وإجابات.
  5. Ability to conduct profile information validation. القدرة على إجراء لمحة اثبات صحه المعلومات.
  6. Ability to prevent users from taking the test repeatedly. القدرة على منع المستخدمين من اتخاذ الاختبار مرارا وتكرارا.
  7. Ability to compensate for browser-server round-trip time. القدرة على تعويض عن متصفح خادم الوقت ذهابا وايابا. We don’t want to penalize the test taker for slowness of browser or machine or internet connectivity. نحن لا نريد ان تفرض عقوبات على اخذ الاختبار لبطء المتصفح او آلة او الاتصال بشبكه الانترنت.
  8. Ability to revise previous answers. القدرة على اعادة النظر في الردود السابقة.
  9. Ability to score text answers. القدرة على تسجيل نص الاجابات.
  10. Ability to support penalty scoring القدرة على دعم عقوبة سجل
  11. Ability to automatically send different emails based upon score تلقائيا القدرة على ارسال رسائل الكترونيه مختلفة على أساس نقاط
  12. Tamper proof. عبث الاثبات. You shouldn’t be able to manipulate the time or questions in any way. انت يجب ان تكون قادرة على التلاعب في وقت الاسءله او بأي شكل من الاشكال.

In my extensive search I couldn’t come across a single piece of software which meets these basic requirements, so I decided to write one for our recruitment tests. بحث واسع النطاق في بلدي لم استطع ان تصادف واحد قطعة من البرامج التي تجتمع هذه الشروط الاساسية ، ولذلك قررت ان اكتب واحدة لدينا اختبارات التوظيف. Do you know of any software with these capabilities. هل تعرف اي من البرامج مع هذه القدرات. Secondly what features do you think would complement well this minimal feature set? ما هي ميزات وثانيا هل تعتقد ان من شأنه ان يكمل هذا بالاضافة الى ميزة تحديد الحد الادنى؟

BTW: I have decided to use PHP as my development platform and MySQL as the database. راجع للشغل : لقد قررت استخدام بي. اتش. بى لى ومنهاج عمل لتنمية الخلية كما في قاعدة البيانات. Feel free to ask why. لا تتردد في ان نسأل لماذا.
