July 25th, 2009 NEW DELHI - Microsoft founder Bill Gates will receive the Indira Gandhi Prize for Peace, Disarmament and Development here today. The award will be received on behalf of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which has been providing grants for public health activities, notably in the areas of HIV/AIDS prevention and communication.
