I outsource the work i do at my company on a regular basis to indian individuals, the only real work i do is check the grammar on the code comments. Globalization can work for you too, not just against you.

I’m trying to find a company that does more “personal” outsourcing, along the lines of what I found at http://www.getfriday.com, but can’t seem to find any that do “more than just business outsourcing”.
