New Version of Taragana.Com Released Using MODx CMS

December 16th, 2007 MODx is an excellent AJAX enabled content management system, which is leagues ahead of Joomla / Mambo. One of the features of MODx is that pages aren't fully deleted.

December 9th, 2007 I have been an avid user of Mambo and now Joomla since 2001. taragana.com is designed using Joomla.

September 23rd, 2006 Semiologic Theme by Denis de Bernardy ships with several plugins including my original Translator Plugin illegally and without my permission (proof 1 & proof 2). I provide several of my plugins (which consume a significant amount of my time and resources) for free to the WordPress community.

August 30th, 2007 WordPress team has released version 2.3 after 3 months of "feverish" work. It is obviously targeted for the adventurous and savvy to test and provide feedback for the final release.

May 23rd, 2008 Translator Plugin Gold version 1.1.1 has been released. This is a bug fix release.

October 30th, 2006 XDForum (example: Anaconda Forum) is a nice basic forum software which works seamlessly with WordPress blogs (download our free theme and plugins). Unfortunately it works out-of-the-box with default permalinks only.

June 10th, 2005 Update: This plugin has been superseded by Angsuman's Translator Plugin Pro, which not only contains all the great features of this plugin but lot's more. All the defects and enhancement requests of this plugin has been done in the pro version, it offers significantly improved performance by caching, provides better translation for asian languages like Chinese & Japanese and more.

January 24th, 2007 WordPress just released version 2.1. We have tested Translator Plugin Pro with 2.1 release and it works perfectly out of the box.

February 26th, 2008 March 3rd is our D-Day. We will launch a new version of our corporate website.

May 27th, 2008 With automation in place (and fully updated database) this time we were able to deliver the latest updates for Translator Plugin Pro 5.1.1 and Translator Plugin Gold 1.1.1 before we even made the announcement! This is a big milestone. Previously it used to take weeks to deliver the orders.

May 23rd, 2008 Translator Plugin Pro versiion 5.1.1 has been released. This is a bug fix release.
