I was surprised (not in a pleasant way) to find MSNBC, which has rented space on my blog through BlogAds is apparently peddling porn on that space. J'ai été surpris (pas dans une façon agréable) de trouver MSNBC, qui a loué l'espace sur mon blog par BlogAds est apparemment porno trafic sur cet espace.

Their ad reads “Welcome to Porn Valley” followed by “MSNBC 12.14.2005″ (look on your right). Leur annonce se lit «Bienvenue à Porn Valley" suivi de "MSNBC 12.14.2005" (regardez sur votre droite). The reality is that they are peddling their online magazine which apparently no one reads (I know I don’t). La réalité est qu'ils sont de leur trafic magazine en ligne qui, apparemment, personne ne lit (je sais que je ne le font pas). It still makes me angry. Il me fait toujours en colère.

I am angry because when I initially accepted their Ad they were somewhat off-color but still acceptable. Je suis en colère parce que quand j'ai initialement accepté leur annonce qu'ils ont été quelque peu hors couleur mais reste acceptable. Now after accepting their ad they decide to switch it. Maintenant, après acceptation de leur annonce, ils décident de passer. That wasn’t what I bargained for. Ce n'était pas ce que j'ai négocié. The only thing going in their favor is they are not peddling porn but their magazine, which apparently in their infinite intelligence is on the same category as porn. La seule chose qui va en leur faveur est qu'ils ne sont pas pédaler porno mais leur magazine, qui, apparemment, dans leur infinie de renseignements est sur la même catégorie que la pornographie.

My question to you as a reader of this blog is: Ma question à vous comme un lecteur de ce blog est:
Do you think I should continue to display this ad? Pensez-vous que je devrais continuer à afficher cette annonce?

Update : MSNBC reverted back to their original ad without the big “Porn” word. Mise à jour: MSNBC revenus à leur annonce sans la grande "Porn" mot. Their effort got Leur effort a mentioned mentionnés in New York Times, which also mentioned some of the participating blogs like Gothamist, Adrants, Althouse etc. Neither this blog nor BlogAds (who organized all this) was mentioned.
