SG telemóvel Samsung R220 I have a Samsung GSM mobile phone SG R220. Tenho um telefone celular GSM Samsung SG R220. It has been working fine for last 6 years. Ele tem trabalhado muito bem para últimos 6 anos. Last 3-4 days I was unable to get any signal on the phone. Última 3-4 dias eu estava impossibilitado de obter qualquer sinal do telefone. I checked that the SIM card is working by using it on another phone and also verified that there is proper reception in my area. Eu verificado que o cartão SIM está trabalhando com a usá-lo em outro telefone, e também verificou que há boa recepção na minha área. So I rightly suspected that the problem was with the phone itself. Por isso, justamente suspeita de que o problema era com o próprio telefone. I visited the Samsung service center only to be told that they will change the battery (which is also the back cover) which will “probably” improve the performance. Visitei o centro Samsung serviço só deve ser dito que eles vão mudar a bateria (que é também a tampa traseira), que "provavelmente" a melhorar o desempenho. I grew suspicious because there was nothing wrong with the battery, it has been working fine for last 6 years. The battery worked without any issues even after being inactive and without charge for over a year! A bateria trabalhou sem quaisquer problemas, mesmo depois de terem sido mortas e sem acusação por mais de um ano! So I decided to hack my cell phone. Então eu decidi-me cortar o meu telefone celular.

I had the required screw-driver (special ones) to pry open the phone. Eu tinha exigido o parafuso de motorista (especial aquelas) pry para abrir o telefone. But before starting I wanted to clean the contacts of the antenna. Mas antes de começar eu queria limpar os contatos da antena. So I took the connecting pin of my multimeter connector (even a regular safety-pin will do fine) and started scratching the base of the antenna. Por isso, tomei a conectar o pino do meu multímetro conector (até mesmo um periódico fíbula fará multa), e começou a arranhar a base da antena. In Calcutta nowadays it is very hot and humid, so I suspected that it could be damp related problem. Em Calcutá Hoje em dia é muito quente e úmido e, por isso, suspeita-se que poderia ser relacionado húmido problema. Immediately the signal strength increased by 3-4 bars and went near its maximum from zero previously. Imediatamente a intensidade do sinal aumentaram 3-4 bares e passou perto de sua máxima de zero anteriormente. So I went for more scratching. Então eu fui para mais arranhão. And surprisingly enough my cell-phone now has better reception than ever before. E, surpreendentemente suficiente meu telefone celular-tem agora uma melhor recepção do que nunca. All it needed was some scratching behind the ears .. Tudo o que era necessário algum coçar atrás das orelhas .. err in the hole where the antenna is lodged. err no buraco onde a antena é apresentado. While I am not sure if the same trick will work with every cell phone, especially the ones with hidden antennas, I think it is worth the effort to clean the antenna and its base as far as it is accessible for better reception.
