Maybe the problem is indians who construct sentences such as “He took birth in a different country.” and fail to recognize the problem.
Or maybe it’s the rampant racism indians hold towards americans.

In any business the first people to be fired are going to be the highest risk or the highest paid. If those people are so heart broken that Microsoft fired them, they need to apply for a full visa from the united states or apply for full citizenship. That way this would not happen to them in the future.
