How could anyone forget their child in a cab? I can understand why the cabbie’s union would be outraged, all the more if he got suspended. I can see where they’re coming from. Good thing he only got a warning.
Not only is this a way to remind cab drivers to check the backs of their cab after every fare, this should also serve as a reminder to passengers to check for their stuff, or in this case their child, before leaving the cab.
