I used Mamma Media Solutions as alternative ad with Google AdSense. To summarize my experience: Not worth it.

I earned pennies (.16 to be exact) this month and similarly last month with around 4500 impressions provided this month. However you slice and dice it, it isn't worth bothering my viewers with. So it goes. No more Mamma Media Solutions Ad for you. And I donate my earnings to Mamma.
