This is a news to me! I am using LayeredTech dedicated server for over a year and just today while browsing their new encompass console I found they have three nice buttons labelled Reboot, Power On & Power Off.
Obviously I tried and it worked. Side effect: My backup got screwed up and I had to restart it :(

Last time I checked, about a month back, they said that it was not available for users yet. I never received any notification either. In any case it solves one of my top issues with LayeredTech, which otherwise provides an excellent value for price.
Now if only I could upgrade my Fedora Core 4 to Fedora Core 6 on the server.
