Is Weblog revolution coming to an end? Weblog الثورة هو على وشك الانتهاء؟
I looked at the نظرت في top 5 weblogs اعلى 5 سجلات متابعة الموقع (as identified by Technorati) and tracked their rank in (كما حددتها Technorati) وتعقب عن رتبتهم في Alexa . All of the top weblog’s rank were either stagnating or declining. جميع من اعلى تصنيف Weblog اما بالركود أو الهبوط. Engadget.com is leading with almost stagnant growth so far in 2005. ويؤدي النمو راكده تقريبا حتى الان فى عام 2005. Compare that with its rapid rise in 2004. قارن ذلك مع ارتفاع سريع فى عام 2004.
TalkingPointsMemo Talkingpointsmemo is the top loser in 2005 so far, followed closely by الخاسر هو الاعلى حتى الان في عام 2005 ، تليها InstaPundit Instapundit .
Is this the beginning of the end of Blog revolution or just a transient period? هل هذا هو بداية النهاية للثورة بلوق او مجرد فترة عابرة؟
Note: Alexa displays web rank, which is a comparative number. ملاحظه : يتم عرض Alexa شبكة رتبة ، وهو عدد المقارنة. So if the whole web is growing then despite growth at the same rate these websites will indicate stagnation. واذا كان ذلك كله على الشبكه ويتزايد بعد ذلك على الرغم من النمو بنفس المعدل فى هذه المواقع وسوف يبين الركود.

Yes the stats don’t lie. نعم الاحصائيات لا تكمن. But I was wondering about this. ولكنني كنت اتساءل عن هذا الامر.
The web is increasing - total number of sites and pages on the web. الشبكه العالمية لزيادة -- العدد الاجمالي للمواقع وصفحات على الشبكه.
There is an assumption there that the blog readers at this site have stopped reading all blogs. وهناك افتراض ان هناك بلوق القراء في هذا الموقع قد توقف قراءة جميع بلوق. It is possible that there are more blogs and these readers have started reading these. ومن الممكن أن هناك عدد اكبر من هؤلاء القراء بلوق وبدأت هذه القراءة. We need more stats to prove the assumption. اننا بحاجة الى مزيد من احصائيات لاثبات الافتراض.
Thus it could mean that still more people are reading blogs but with the acceptance of the medium they have diversified into other blogs. وهكذا فانه يمكن ان يعني أن أكثر الناس لا تزال القراءة بلوق ولكن مع قبول المتوسط التي تنوعت في بلوق اخرى.
The very nature of blogs tends to encourage people to start their own blog and with 24 hours in a day only their time could be short. كما ان طبيعه بلوق يميل الى تشجيع الناس على بدء أعمالهم الخاصة وبلوق مع 24 ساعة في يوم واحد فقط وقتها يمكن أن تكون قصيرة.

I don’t really agree with the whole “web ranking by link back” determination, though. في الواقع انا لا اتفق مع كل "من جانب وصلة الانترنت ترتيب عودة" التصميم ، على الرغم. My blog, which has a decent amount of readers (I’ll even go as far as to say it’s fairly popular) and less than before, but still a fair amount of commenters, with the advent of feed readers, has dropped significantly in “ranking”. بلوق بلدي ، الذي لاءقه كمية من القراء (أنا حتى يذهب بعيدا الى القول انه الى حد ما الشعبي) واقل من ذي قبل ، ولكنه لا يزال قدر لا بأس به من commenters ، مع ظهور تغذية القراء ، قد انخفض انخفاضا كبيرا في "ترتيب".
Unless I am mistaken, Technorati and Alexa both determine your ranking by how many people link to you. ما لم أكن مخطءه ، Technorati وعلى حد سواء Alexa الترتيب الخاص بك عن طريق تحديد عدد الاشخاص الذين كنت على صلة. I’ve noticed that bloggers often don’t link to other “regular reads” in a traditional blogroll anymore, nor do people use trackbacks as much as a before, so naturally the ranking is going to decline. لقد لاحظنا ان من المدونين وغالبا ما لا صلة لالاخرى "العاديه ما يلي :" في مدونات التقليديه بعد الآن ، ولا يستخدم الناس trackbacks بقدر ما قبل أ ، وذلك بطبيعة الحال ترتيب ذاهب الى الانخفاض.
Instead, people often read via feed, which while convenient and I really enjoy them myself, it makes it seem like a blog is doing poorly or declining in traffic, which is often not the case. وبدلا من ذلك ، الناس في كثير من الأحيان عن طريق قراءة الاعلاف ، وبينما أنا حقا مريحه ونفرح لنفسي ، فإنه يجعل الأمر يبدو وكأنه يقوم به بلوق رديء او انخفاض فى حركة المرور ، التي كثيرا ما تكون الحال ليست كذلك. It’s unfortunate that advertisers and others put so much stock in Technorati status. ومن المؤسف ان المعلنين وغيرها وضعت العديد من الأسهم في حالة Technorati.
