President Barack Obama’s proposal would really benefit the US citizens as the US Job concerned, but it is really a threat to the software professionals and the people who work in the BPO and LPO sectors. They may need to look for alternative jobs.
As the Democrats have got the majority in the US congress, there are chances of passing legislation.
But the companies who are getting benefit of cheap labor from India would definitely make an effort to avoid passing of such legislation as the legislation would cause decrease in their profits or it may stop its business in USA and continue its business operations in India.
