ICICI PaySeal, PayPal Alternative, Offline!
I have been trying for the last 6 hours to access ICICI PayPal alternative, PaySeal (203.27.235.72). Unfortunately the site is unreachable from India as well as USA. Even the server cannot be pinged.
I am not sure what exactly happened. What could bring down a major online payment processor? I wonder if it is a DDOS attack. Do you know?
I am looking for a decent payment processor in India which doesn't cost a fortune to setup and use. Any suggestions?

I use Mobillcash. It allows over 500 million mobile phone users in 15 countries including the US and Europe to simply enter their mobile phone number in the MobillCash billing form and purchase products or services. Mobillcash is approved by over 100 Mobile Phone Carriers like AT&T, Vodafone and Sprint/Nextel. Is being used by MySpace.com®, Facebook®, eBay® and other social networking sites. Mobillcash is in the process of having it available to India real soon. Hope this helps…
