IBM asked the U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City for summary judgment against all of SCO's claims. The SCO vs. IBM case is more than three years old and yet The SCO Group has little success so far.

On June 28 last year, Magistrate Judge Brooke Wells ruled largely in favor of an IBM motion and threw out the vast majority of SCO's claims against IBM.

SCO, in turn, has also filed at least one motion for partial summary judgment. Link

Someone needs to put these poor chaps out of misery, so why not IBM?
