I Said No To Text-Link-Ads قلت لا نص - وصلة - الاعلانات
When I signed up for text-link-ads several months earlier, I meticulously read the terms and conditions. انني عندما وقعت لعدم الربط بين النص الاعلانات - قبل عدة اشهر ، وانا اقرأ بدقة شروط وأحكام. Nowhere was it mentioned that you couldn’t use nofollow on your links. وكان في أي مكان يذكر ان كنت لا تستطيع استخدام nofollow على صلاتك. As such I had signed up with text-link-ads and have used nofollow from the very beginning. على هذا النحو حتى انني قد وقعت مع النص - وصلة - الاعلانات وnofollow قد استخدمت منذ البداية. I used to make under 400$ monthly. الأول يستخدم لصنع تحت 400 دولار شهريا. Few days back I got a very interesting email from Brock Boser, Inventory manager of text-link-ads. قبل ايام حصلت على البريد الألكتروني مثيرة جدا للاهتمام من boser بروك ، مدير جرد النص - وصلة - الاعلانات.
Angsuman, انغسومان ،It is against our terms and conditions to have a rel=”nofollow” on the TLA ads. انها ضد الاحكام والشروط ان يكون لها rel = "nofollow" على tla الاعلانات. Could you please remove this? هل يمكن ان تزيل هذا؟ Please let me know once this is done and so we can send you payment for your links. واسمحوا لي ان اعرف متى يتم ذلك وحتى يمكننا ان نرسل لكم الدفع لصلاتك. Until then I have put your account on HOLD. وحتى ذلك الحين انا وضعت في حسابك في الانتظار.

When I signed up for text-link-ads I carefully noted the terms and conditions and I couldn’t find any condition anywhere which explicitly prohibited me from using nofollow on my links. انني عندما وقعت على نص ل- وصلة - اعلانات الاول بعناية ولاحظ احكام وشروط وانا لا يمكن العثور على أي شرط في اي مكان الذي يحظر صراحة لي من استخدام nofollow بلادي على الوصلات. Have the terms and conditions recently changed? وقد شروط وأحكام في الآونة الاخيرة تغير؟
I am just following the Google Webmaster guidelines for sponsored links. أنا مجرد صور في اعقاب المبادئ التوجيهيه لمسؤول الموقع الشبكي ارتباطات دعاءيه. Can you please clarify your position? هل يمكن ان يرجى توضيح موقفكم؟

We sell our ads as direct links void of any “no follow” tags so that is what our advertisers expect and are paying for. نحن بيع اعلاناتنا وصلات مباشرة الخالي من اي "لا تتبع" علامات ذلك وهذا هو ما نتوقع والمعلنين يدفعون ل. Unfortunately since we did not hear from you for over a week our clients started requesting to be removed. وللأسف حيث اننا لم نسمع من لكم لأكثر من اسبوع على عملائنا بدأت تطلب من اللجنة ان ترفع. I believe we owe you around $200 for the ads for the first three weeks of the month. واعتقد اننا ندين لكم حوالي 200 دولار مقابل الاعلانات عن الاسابيع الثلاثة الاولى من الشهر. Please let me know if this will work and we will clear the hold and process the payment to you. واسمحوا لي ان اعرف اذا كان هذا سوف تعمل ونحن واضح واجراء عملية الدفع لكم.

I decided I couldn’t go along with text-link-ads under their revised terms as he put forward. وقررت انني لا استطيع الموافقة على النص - وصلة - اعلانات تحت المنقح حسب تعبيره الى الامام. So I decided to withdraw from text-link-ads. ولذلك قررت أن تنسحب من النص - وصلة - الاعلانات. I replied him: اجبته له :

When I signed up I was clear from your terms and conditions that there is no restriction on using nofollow which is why I signed up. انني عندما وقعت لقد كنت واضحا من بنود والشروط الخاصة بك انه لا يوجد اي قيود على استخدام nofollow الذي هو السبب في انني وقعت.
It is not possible for me to remove the nofollow. انه من غير الممكن بالنسبة لي لازالة nofollow. So I have decided not to use Text-Link-Ads anymore. حتى أنني قررت عدم استخدام النص - وصلة - اعلانات بعد الآن.

Update: I did receive a payment from TLA today. تحديث : فعلت في تلقي مبلغ من tla اليوم. So they played fair. ولذلك لعب نزيهة.
In conclusion I have decided to withdraw from text-link-ads and also removed their links from this blog. وفي الختام لقد قررت الانسحاب من النص - وصلة - وأيضا ازالة الاعلانات صلاتهم من هذا بلوق. I will remove the few other links by tomorrow. وسوف تزيل القليلة روابط اخرى بحلول يوم غد. At the core I want to play fair. في صميم أريد ان تضطلع به نزيهة. I am not against link ads. انا لست ضد ربط الاعلانات. They are a valid and proven advertising concept. وهي صالحة وثبت مفهوم الاعلان. However I think they should either be in javascript or with nofollow. ولكن اظن انهم يجب ان تكون في جافا سكريبت او مع nofollow. What would you have done in my position? ما قمتم به في موقفي؟ What are your thoughts on text-link-ads business model? ما هي افكارك حول النص ربط الاعلانات - نموذج الاعمال التجارية؟

This is interesting…I guess no one ever gave it a second thought. وهذا امر مثير للاهتمام… اعتقد ان لا احد من اي وقت مضى اعطاه ثانية الفكر. It’s simply assumed that links - paid or unpaid - on the sidebar especially are automatically “follow”. ومن المفترض ان مجرد وصلات -- بأجر او بدون أجر -- وخصوصا على الشريط الجانبي تلقائيا "متابعة".
From an advertiser’s viewpoint, why would they want to pay for a link that is “nofollow”? من وجهة نظر المعلن ، لماذا يريدون دفع ثمن وصلة "nofollow"؟

When it comes down to it, ads in Javascript are called AdSense using AdWords, not text links. عندما يتعلق الأمر الى اسفل ، الاعلانات في جافا سكريبت يسمى باستخدام AdWords AdSense ، لا نص وصلات.
They are completely separate industries and should be treated as such. وهي مستقلة تماما الصناعات وينبغي ان تعامل على هذا النحو.

Just got a similar email from Brock. فقط حصلت على البريد الالكتروني مماثلة من بروك. Moreover he also asked me to change the heading “Sponsored Links” to something like “Friends”. وفضلا عن انه أيضا طلب مني ان تغير عنوان "ارتباطات دعاءيه" الى ما يشبه "اصدقاء".
Guess what have I replied? تخمين ما قد أجبته؟
Except to be fair to the advertisers I asked them not to pay me so the money can be refunded. الا ان تكون عادلة الى المعلنين وطلبت اليهم الا ان تسدد لي المال حتى يمكن اعادتها. Again, I’ll leave it to their conscience whether they actually refund the money مرة أخرى ، أنا أترك لضمائرهم ما اذا كانت فعلا استرداد الاموال

1. When text-link-ads first launched and I signed up this clause wasn’t in the contract. - عندما وصله نص الاعلانات - لأول مرة وانا وقعت على هذا الشرط لم يكن في العقد.
2. When I signed up, text-link-ads allowed you to customize the links based on an API example they provided. انني عندما وقعت ، والنص - وصلة - اعلانات سمح لكم لتخصيص وصلات على اساس انها توفر API مثلا. They encouraged customization. وشجعوا التخصيص. I used it to add nofollow links, fully following their guidelines. انا استخدمتها لاضافة وصلات nofollow ، تماما بعد ان المبادئ التوجيهيه.
