The new release now available to download form the microsoft website is superior to all previous operating systems. The way you can work with windows is a revelation, in any window you can access any directory from the left hand side, if your in “My Music” & you want to drag a file to your flash drive or a shared folder it’s all in one window, brilliant! It is also very nice looking but everything seems to do something as opposed to just glossing things up like Vista does. The transparent windows look great but are so functional when you have loads of programmes running & windows open. This should sell by the truckload. All of my games & apps run fine, some required a bit of tweaking but it was a pleasure rather than a chore as the O/S is so intuitive. I’m sure the final retail version will be pretty much perfect in terms of compatability. Nvidia drivers are not quite upto scratch yet & intel ones barly work at all but it is still BETA lets not forget. I have been using the 64 bit Ultimate version as my only O/S for about a month & I do a lot of stuff with my machinesm I’ve had no hair pulling moments at all. I have no higher praise, get the latest RC while you can!
