Using Windows defender I found that groovemonitor was listed under the startup programs. I googled groovemonitor and found this site. opening my “add or remove programs” and decided to disable groovemonitor using windows defender. when I clicked disable it told me that the file could not be found… After doing more research I have decided that I REALLY dont want this “monitor” on my computer. the ap is not listed under the add or remove programs. does this mean its really not there? how can one be sure that it is gone?
Thanks
