رطانه اعدادات الخصوصيه Yahoo Instant Messenger is notorious for sending unsolicited commercial instant messages and from questionable sources. ياهو الجاري رسول هو سيئ السمعه التجارية غير مطلوبة لارسال رسائل فورية ومن مصادر مشكوك فيها. The yahoo instant messenger client doesn’t provide an way, last I checked, to stop such spams. ياهو الجاري رسول فان العميل لا توفر وسيلة ، وانا تأكدت الماضي ، لوقف هذه spams. However there is a way. بيد ان هناك طريقا.

I use Gaim / Pidgin cross-platform instant messaging client which allows you to stop messages from strangers. انا استعمل gaim / رطانه عبر المراسله الفوريه منهاج العميل الذي يتيح لك لوقف الرسائل من الغرباء.

1. Go to Tools (menu) -> Privacy اذهب الى ادوات (القائمة) --> الخصوصيه
2. In “Set privacy for” select your Yahoo account and then select “Allow only the users on my buddy list”. في "الخصوصيه لمجموعة" ياهو اختر الحساب وبعد ذلك اختر "تسمح فقط للمستعملين على قائمة بلدي الصديق". Click close. انقر فوق اغلاق.
Now only your Yahoo buddies can contact you through your Yahoo instant messaging account. ياهو الخاص بك الآن فقط يمكن الاتصال بكم اصدقاء الخاصة بك عن طريق المراسله الفوريه ياهو الحساب.

The same facility is available for other accounts too. نفس المرفق متاح للحسابات اخرى ايضا. Unfortunately this nifty feature is not where I initially expected it to be - in Edit account settings. ومما يؤسف له ان هذه الميزه غير موجودة في nifty حيث كنت في البداية انه من المتوقع ان تكون -- في تحرير اعدادات الحساب.
