Thanks for you’re tips. Most of what you suggest, is addressed by the getting-things-done-methodology, which I try to use.
I wrote a now blog entry because I think decomposing big tasks into feasible subtasks is if combined with todo list very rewarding and can boost confidence to get big tasks completed successfully.
