Chrome is fast, but Firefox 3.1 is faster. One other big minus for me is that Chrome does not have auto-scroll as an option.

A year on from this post, latest unstable Google Chrome (now native for Linux) is *much* faster than Firefox 3. Distro is Fedora 10. =)
