Windows users are familiar with the dreaded “blue screen of death”, a screen displayed by windows which virtually doesn’t provide much useful information. مستخدمي ويندوز على درايه اللعين "الشاشه الزرقاء الموت" ، وشاشة عرض من قبل ويندوز التي تكاد لا تقدم الكثير من المعلومات المفيدة. I have recently faced with one. لقد واجهت في الآونة الأخيرة مع احد. Here are few steps which can help you out of this sticky situation. وهنا بعض الخطوات التي يمكن ان تساعدك لاصقه للخروج من هذه الحاله. This is probably not for newbies. هذا قد لا يكون لnewbies.

First of all it never hurts to have backups (easy to say). اولا وقبل كل شيء ان يضر ابدا ان يكون النسخ الاحتياطيه (من السهل ان اقول).

Most of the time you get BSD because you have just installed a new software / driver. في معظم الاحيان كنت احصل على بي اس دي لانك مجرد تركيب برامج جديدة / سائق. It could be also be because you have changed the hardware like Motherboard and the existing software doesn’t work well with your new hardware. ويمكن ايضا ان يكون ذلك لأنك قد تغيرت اللوحه مثل الاجهزه والبرامج الحاسوبيه الموجودة لا تعمل بشكل جيد مع الاجهزه الجديدة الخاصة بك. In my case I changed my Vega Motherboard (Main Board) with Asrock. في حالتي انا غيرت بلدي اللوحه فيغا (الرئيسي للمجلس) مع asrock.

Steps: الخطوات التالية :

Your first line of defense is to boot with last known good configuration (normally F7 while booting gets you to this screen where you can choose). حسابك خط الدفاع الأول هو التمهيد لآخر معروف جيدا مع التكوين (عادة تشغيل f7 بينما يحصل لك هذه الشاشه حيث يمكنك إختيار). Many times that is all you need. مرات عديدة انه هو كل ما تحتاج اليه.

If that does not work then you need to identify the offending software. اذا لم يفلح ذلك ، ثم أنت بحاجة الى تحديد البرامج المخالفه. First try to reboot in safe mode with networking enabled . اول محاولة لاعادة التشغيل فى الوضع الامن مع تمكين الربط الشبكي. Networking is good because you can look up some details on internet. الربط الشبكي أمر جيد لأن يمكنك البحث عن بعض التفاصيل على شبكة الانترنت. If that works then skip the next step and continue reading. ثم اذا كان هذا الاشغال تخطي الخطوة التالية ومواصلة القراءة.

If safe boot with networking doesn’t work then you need to reboot in safe mode. اذا كان التواصل مع الحذاء آمنة لا يعمل ، ثم أنت بحاجة الى اعادة تشغيل الكمبيوتر في الوضع الامن. Then open the event viewer (normally under Administrative tools) and look for any events with error (red symbol). ثم فتح عارض الاحداث (عادة في اطار الادوات الاداريه) وتبحث عن اي خطأ مع الاحداث (الرمز الاحمر). Often you will get more than one of such alerts. وغالبا ما تحصل على اكثر من واحد من هذه الانذارات. That usually means dependent services failed when one (or more) core services failed. وعادة ما يعني ان الخدمات لم يتوقف عند واحدة (أو أكثر) فشل في الخدمات الاساسية. Go through all the errors and try to find the first service which failed. اذهب من خلال جميع الأخطاء والمحاوله لايجاد الخدمة الاولى التي فشلت. Normally you will find either a service which you can associate with a software or at least a file (like a sys file) which is associated with the failure. سوف تجد عادة اما الخدمة التى يمكنك مع المنتسبين لبرامج الحاسوب او على الاقل ملف (مثل ملف نظام) التي ترتبط مع الفشل. Search in internet for the file to find which software it is associated with. البحث في شبكة الانترنت لايجاد ملف ومن البرامج التي ترتبط.

Uninstall the offending software. الغاء تثبيت البرامج المخالفه.

Reboot and pray (optional). ونصلي من اعادة التشغيل (اختياري).

Note: ملاحظه :

If the BSD is occassional then your memory may also be the culprit. واذا بي اس دي احيانا ثم الذاكرة الخاصة بك ويمكن ايضا ان المذنب. Try changing the memory to see if it resolves the problem. محاولة تغيير الذاكرة أن نرى إذا كان يحل المشكلة.

Footnote: One thing I have learned for certain about Windows Operating system is that nothing is certain. حاشيه : شيء واحد تعلمته عن بعض لنظام التشغيل ويندوز هو ان ليس هناك ما هو بعض. It ain’t Solaris. انها ليست سولاريس.
