The first setting is to limit the amount of editing time available for an user. الاول هو تحديد للحد من كمية الوقت المتاح لتحرير وجود المستخدم. A reasonable value is 120 (minutes). معقولة القيمه 120 (دقيقة).

The second setting is the minimum amount of time an user must wait between posting new messages. الثاني هو وضع حد أدنى من الوقت ، لا بد ان ينتظر بين مستخدم ارسال رسائل جديدة. You can set it to something small like 10 seconds. يمكنك ان تحدد على انها شيء صغير مثل 10 ثانية.
