How To Create Always Visible (Frozen) Header Rows in Microsoft Excel Comment créer toujours visible (gelé) Header lignes dans Microsoft Excel

My friend is making a large document in Microsoft Excel 20 or so columns. Mon ami est un gros document dans Microsoft Excel 20 ou afin colonnes. He found that he was forced to go back everytime to the top of the document to figure out what the column represents. Il a jugé qu'il était forcé de retourner à chaque fois vers le haut du document à déterminer ce que représente la colonne. In other words he wanted a way to freeze the header row so it is visible everytime. En d'autres termes, il voulait un moyen de geler la ligne d'en-tête de sorte qu'il est visible à chaque fois. He asked me how to do it. Il m'a demandé comment le faire. I showed him. Je lui a montré. I felt other’s may find it useful too, however it is hard to express in words (which I anyway tried below).
