How To Contact PayPal Customer Support
PayPal support page isn't visible even for logged in users. Any email to support@paypal.com is automatically bounced. The support page is a hidden page in PayPal (nice way to ensure good customer support, isn't it?).
You can find it here - https://www.paypal.com/ewf/f=default
It has a standard set of questions which tries to outguess you.
Few pointers:
1. You should login first to get more options on this page.
2. Choose a topic as well as a sub-topic.
3. Write a concise summary of your question for faster response.
4. Fill in the details when asked

Saludos,
Jagopla

I’ve been trying to set up a Paypal account with my bank for about two weeks now and all I get is a bunch of mumbo jumbo. The account numbers don’t match or I can’t talk with a real person. Hey, I’m trying to set up a web site and cannot go on line without a means to get paid for my product. Help if you can.

I am desperate to pay for a hotel reservation over easter and the hotel will not accept any payment but paypal. Apparently I had an old account, one which caused no end of problems because the one purchase I made resulted in my bank’s sending me panicky emails saying unauthorized purchases had been made on my paypal account. This was not so. So I got an account for my husband and now paypal wants his bank account number before they will honor the account and he does not give that to anybody. What to do? I am desperate for this reservation as I am in Mexico and cannot call customer service from where I am.

Companies wonder why their bottom line isn’t any good, why they aren’t they making any money? Generally this has to do with stupidity and greed.
I’ve tried to purchase two things online via PayPal, and for some technical reason the transaction failed. I sent email messages to the companies, who answer with automated messages.
Long story short, I didn’t purchase and they didn’t get me as a customer. Stupid!
I can do without the products!
Internet purchasing, because of the paranoia, has become so complicated as to be non-functional.

I was a really believer in paypal. Used it whenever was possible to pay the bills or purchase items. Now having a balance on the account my money is frozen. Someone from paypal was trying to access my bank account without me knowing about in the passed. Thanks to god my bank intervene that and called me. I closed that account immediately and transfered the money to other account. Lost complete trust in that company. My money is lost. Cannot do nothing unless I give them my new bank account number and that I will not do. The best way to shop on the Internet is to use shop-safe feature on your credit card. It’s the best. I was also trying to contact paypal to discuss some issues but without any success. Does any knows how?

Thats really the stupidest thing they have done…
I am this close to stop using their payment system.
I’ve been keeping up with their large payment fee and
this is what we got from them.
They used to answer our emails to support.
that page isn’t accessible anymore, I use this page instead, https://www.paypal.com/row/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_contact
But no answer from them since my last use of this form. they really dont value their customers, tsktsk.
Anyway, thanks for the post and sorry for putting this here. I just want to warn people about this.
