How to Add Twitter to Orkut

December 20th, 2008 There is a very annoying feature at orkut now. You can not download any image file from Orkut directly from someone's album.

December 15th, 2008 We were the first to come out with the chat integration feature of orkut. But almost immediately I realized that it is going to be a big source of irritation for the users.

December 2nd, 2008 Now you can chat with your friends at orkut just as you do in Google Talk, but without logging into your G-talk account separately. Your orkut account gives you the facility to log in to your page and chat with friends in real time just as you will love to do in messengers.

April 15th, 2009 The success of Orkut has been quite centralized within India, Brazil etc and most importantly, very unlike Google, it has never come out of its limitations. However, this may just be the start when Google takes things seriously with this massively popular social networking site used by millions of people, as Google starts its Google Latitude service (that lets you see your friends' locations and status messages and share yours with them.) in orkut.

FaceTime said its software security lab had detected the spread of the electronic virus, the third such threat to disseminate itself via messages posted on Orkut users' personal Web pages.

January 20th, 2009 I am sure that you usually get at least one spam mail a day from Orkut. Even GMail which perhaps has the best filtering capability of spam mails, stands helplessly in front of such backdoor attacks.
