Windows users always have this thing to complain about. The boot up time varies from user to user despite using similar software application and hardware configuration. Though there are ways to improve on that (msconfig is one, we will discuss it later), you will have to be sure about the boot up time first. How to do that? BootTimer has become a thing of the past. While exploring the internet, I came across a light-weight application which accurately monitors boot up time for your Windows.

There is a configuration that allows users to choose to monitor the Boot up time for every single reboot or just the particular boot up time and once you restart the system next time, it will show you the time taken to logon, time taken to load the full desktop set up as well as the best desktop time (all in seconds).

There is Advanced tab which will help you if you want further information on boot up time and its configuration.
