Nobody except employees themselves can be blamed for these disorders.In this stiff competition employees are not keeping balance between work and life, in this rate race of becoming rich ,achieving high status in society,accumulating more and more wealth , consumption of materialistic things they have forgotten their health, their family and other things than work.They have forgotten what is limit of anything,if you will keep working day and night without taking adequate sleep , nutritious food you are bound to suffer from these diseases.The thing that really need to be done at this stage is to have balance between work and life.
