I am very much against such practices. وانا الى حد كبير ضد هذه الممارسات. The ad you cite is not saying they will only hire H-1B holders. استشهد الاعلانيه لكم لا تقول انها لن تؤدي الا الى استئجار اصحاب ح - 1B. It cleary sas they will only hire a person who has an H1-B if that visa is valid for transfer ( most are not ). ومن cleary ساس انها لن تؤدي الا الى استئجار شخص ما لديها من H1 ب - اذا كان ذلك للحصول على تأشيرة صالحة لنقل (لا اكثر).
Unless the guild has instances where the ad clearly states We will only hire H1-b visa holders they do not have a leg to stand on. ما لم يكن قد نقابه للاعلان في الحالات التي ينص بوضوح اننا لن يؤدي الا الى استئجار H1 ب - حاملي تأشيرة ليس لهم من الوقوف على الساق.

We have thousands of ads specifically stating “h-1b only” - with no ambiguity at all. ولدينا الآلاف من الاعلانات على وجه التحديد حيث نصت على انه "ح - 1B فقط" -- مع اي لبس على الاطلاق. They are merely saying saying that they are open to transferring H1-B but not to other kind of sponsorship like applying for a new H1-B etc. They are not denying US nationals from applying for the job. انها مجرد القول بالقول انهم مستعدون لنقل H1 ب - ولكن ليس الى نوع آخر من رعايه مثل التقدم بطلب للحصول على الجديد H1 ب - وما الى انها ليست حرمان مواطني الولايات المتحدة من تطبيق لهذه المهمة.
