This evaluation was done using Technorati data and Tristan's research on Weblogs Inc. deal. The key premise is:
"Many in the blogosphere say that traffic is not a good measure of what blogs are but that conversation, as represented by links and indexes like Technorati, represent a more accurate view of the value of a blog."
Would I be willing to sell this blog at this price? Sure.

MacManX.com has lost at least $20,000 in Technorati Dollars since I left the WordPress Support Forums almost a year ago, and about $10,000 in Technorati Dollars since I ceased regular posting a few months back. It’s amazing how much of an impact one’s personal life can have on the Technorati Economy. If you want to keep your Technorati Dollars, don’t let your blogging and online community habits waver!
