A Chinese blogger一个中国的Blogger finds认定 Google.com inaccessible around 60% of the time whereas Google.cn is perfectly accessible. google.com无法在60 ％左右的时间内，而google.cn是完全访问。 Is it coincidence or intetnional?是巧合或intetnional ？
