   why not india is enter the Google its signup supports Australia, Indonesia, Malayasia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey and of-course US of A.

   While Google claims from rooftops that India is great, it doesn’t seem so as far as gmail is concerned. Practice what you preach please.

   Why not in india . Why it is needed mobile no for security. Security is also handle with mail Id.Now days it is too dangerous privacy with mobile.We can handle PC privacy not mobile.

   India is the software headquarters of the world, has the max software engineers and 2nd most populas country. Still you want to ignore India? That is too bad for google.

   I will like to contribute to the voice of numbers of people who had voiced there their complain those of us in europe and many other countries in the who have no invitation to Gmail. What is happening there?

    Why are they sick?
    Simply because they don’t provide easier way to have GMail accounts in India doesn’t make Indian’s working for them sick. I heard they are an interesting company to work for, though after their IPO I would assume the get-rich-quick crowd wouldn’t have much incentive.

    Is india really ignored? i think YES, as whien i try’d the sms alert in google calendar it worked fine… but why not here?
