January 11th, 2006 When Google made their newly acquired Urchin web analytics service available for free, some pundits claimed an untimely end to the web analytics industry. According to a recent report from Forrester Research High-end web analytics vendors have little to fear from Google Inc.'s free web analytics service.

April 4th, 2008 Google Analytics finally provided the long asked for feature. While daily graphs are useful, summarized weekly and monthly graphs are much better in displaying trends.

February 5th, 2008 Every time I have to find the Google Analytics tracking code again for an existing website (rather profile) , I go through the same pain of hunting it down as it is definitely not obvious. Google Analytics tracking code is unique for each profile.

August 2nd, 2006 Google Analytics increased the number of default profiles from 5 to 10. This increases the number of websites you can track.
