GMail Goes Mobile; Other Goodies

February 20th, 2009 The Web 2.0 technologies have taken the mobile usage to a new level. For the Apple iPhone 3G and Android users who have been accessing their  Gmail accounts through Internet, can now do without internet.

May 27th, 2007 Google GMail increased the attachment limit of individual emails to 20MB. On the other hand the total space inches closer to 3 GB; it is currently at 2857 MB of which I am using only 3%.

December 24th, 2008 Gmail, despite being the simple and effective email companion for most of us, takes a hell lot of time to load at start up. This is very annoying for them who don't have a broadband or a slow internet connection.

October 31st, 2008 Gmail is now becoming one destination with almost all the entertainment features you can ask for. They had secure mailing and canned replies and instant messenger.

August 26th, 2005 Russell Beattie informed that Google has opened up signing up for GMail accounts to everyone. When I went to check GMail I realized that the link to create a GMail account is displayed only to users connecting from US.

April 6th, 2008 As a security measure to prevent potential viruses, Gmail doesn't allow you to send or receive executable files (such as files ending in .exe) that could contain damaging executable code. GMail doesn't clearly define what kind of file extensions fall within this list.

December 20th, 2007 I am amazed that GMail is the product of the search engine company. GMail filter leave much to be desired.

May 20th, 2009 Gmail is getting better and better with matchless features added every now and then that others emails would envy. For the latest, Google's blue eyed boy will now have an added appeal.

November 20th, 2008 There were quite a few crazy and ardent Gmail lovers who were trying their hands to change the theme and interface of Gmail by their own. Though I liked it very much, couldn't risk it for the obvious reason.
